Exclusively for Lobos Rush players
A membership perk like no other!
Our club offers specialized training sessions outside of regular team practices, focusing on individual skill improvement, tactical understanding, and fostering a love for the game.
Goalkeepers have one of the most critical jobs on the field, and yet many players don’t often find enough time to work on specific skills necessary for this position.
Advanced Goalkeeper Training
Experienced keepers who are fully committed to the goalkeeper position work on goal kicks, catching, footwork, angle drills, crosses and high ball training, diving reaction times, and distribution training. These sessions also work on communication and mentally prepare keepers for games. If you are a beginner goalkeeper, the Elite Goalkeeper Training Session is a better match for your skill level.

Elite Goalkeeper Training
Goalkeepers work on developing a foundation, this means learning how to be in a keeper ready position. Players work on ball catching and handling, footwork, shuffling, and diving. This session is open to all skill levels, including players who are interested in this position and want to explore their options.
Wednesdays
Collierville - Progress Park
S.P.A.R.Q. stands for speed, power, agility, reaction, and quickness. Players work on these various athletic skills with and without a ball while focusing on physiological development. Players not only train to be faster but also reinforce proper movement patterns and efficiency.
Touches Before Touches is an innovative program designed to get more touches on the ball outside of team practices, this initiative emphasizes the importance of individual development and ball mastery.
Through engaging drills and fun, age-appropriate activities, participants can improve their dribbling, passing, and shooting techniques while building confidence and a deeper understanding of the game. Our goal is to create well-rounded athletes who not only excel on the field but also develop a lifelong love for soccer.
