Our club offers specialized training sessions outside of regular team practices, focusing on individual skill improvement, tactical understanding, and fostering a love for the game. Each program below indicates ages and locations.
Lobos Rush families can find programs suitable for your player's age under the Programs section in the Playmetrics app. Please note that weather and field conditions, as well as field availability among others, may affect the status of the programs. Updates will be provided weekly and after 2 PM daily.
Ignite your game with our Sunday Inferno trainings. Sessions will be a mix of small sided games and activities to develop cornerstone technical and tactical principles.
All Session will be held at the HW Cox Park in Collierive on field 3 turf.

Experienced keepers who are fully committed to the goalkeeper position work on goal kicks, catching, footwork, angle drills, crosses and high ball training, diving reaction times, and distribution training. These sessions also work on communication and mentally prepare keepers for games. If you are a beginner goalkeeper, the Elite Goalkeeper Training Session is a better match for your skill level.

East Memphis at Christian Brothers High School grass fields
Goalkeepers work on developing a foundation, this means learning how to be in a keeper ready position. Players work on ball catching and handling, footwork, shuffling, and diving. This session is open to all skill levels, including players who are interested in this position and want to explore their options.

Touches Before Touches is an innovative program designed to get more touches on the ball outside of team practices, this initiative emphasizes the importance of individual development and ball mastery.
Through engaging drills and fun, age-appropriate activities, participants can improve their dribbling, passing, and shooting techniques while building confidence and a deeper understanding of the game. Our goal is to create well-rounded athletes who not only excel on the field but also develop a lifelong love for soccer.

Supervised 4v4 that challenges players to express themselves and try new skills in a fun, game-like environment. For all Lobos Rush players
This fun and engaging program focuses on key fundamentals, including dribbling, passing, shooting, and tactical awareness.
Led by experienced coaches, each session will provide players with personalized instruction and plenty of opportunities to practice their techniques in a supportive environment. Participants will engage in dynamic drills, small-sided games, and skill challenges that promote teamwork and confidence on the field.
Sunday Skills Program is the perfect way to improve their game while making new friends.
