If you are mailing a check it needs to be mailed in when you register.

Your team will not be included in the tournament scheduling if we have not received payment.

Team paying with a check:
When writing a check, please add $20 to the total tournament price.


Your check must be mailed in when you register. Your team will not be included in the tournament scheduling if we've not received payment. 

Refund Policy

  • 30 Days or Less

    If your team withdraws from a tournament less than 30 days out, you will be issued a refund minus a $300 administration fee.

  • 31 or More Days Out

    You will be issued a refund minus a $100 admin fee if your team withdraws from a tournament 31 or more days out.

  • 14 Days Out or After Brackets are Posted

    If your team withdraws from a tournament 14 days or less out (or after brackets are posted),you will be issued a 50% refund of your initial registration fee.

  • 7 Days Out or When Schedules are Posted

    There will be no refunds or credits for any withdrawal within 7 days or less of the event (or\after schedules are posted).

  • Waitlist Teams

    Teams that registered and paid but were put on a waitlist, will receive a full refund if the Tournament Director is unable to place them in the tournament.


  • Weather Refund Policy

    In the event that inclement weather forces a cancellation of all or part of the tournament, the refund policy will be as follows.


    • No games played = full refund minus $100 admin fee or a 100% transfer of your registration fee to another Lobos Rush Tournament.
    • One game played (kicked off) = 50% refund
    • Two games played (kicked off) = No refund

Lobos Rush Tournaments Executive Director will have final discretion on all tournament refund requests.
