become a recreational coach

We rely entirely on volunteer parent coaches. It is expected that all teams must have a parent coach in place to start the season. Previous soccer background is not required to coach. Players will not remember how much you know but how much you care. 


All coaches receive the following: 

  • Coaching education opportunities
  • Lobos Rush coaching shirt 
  • Access to the Lobos Rush Recreation curriculum with weekly session plans 
  • Equipment such as cones and training jerseys 
  • Player registration credit (1 full registration per team)
